The Cardinal T-Square Phenomenon Seen Through Uranus Astrology

I have been closely watching the transits approaching my client’s charts, and when I see the serious picture developing, I had to write to alert him.

In my last post, I announced my new newsletter subscription and that I was about to set up a paid-pay account. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to set up any PayPal accounts yet due to the constant influx of calls, as well as my trust issue when dealing with financial matters on the internet. My own planetary image of the Moon, Mercury, and Pluto is always searching for the hidden swamp man, and when I saw this next planetary image, my paranoia got worse, if that’s even possible.

I’m sure many of you have read that the world is going to hell because we are about to experience a cardinal T-square. What does this mean? And where can we move to avoid the consequences? Forget it, there is no hiding. The cardinal phenomenon is already at work when I start writing this on Wednesday July 21, 2010, the same time that Saturn has moved into the cardinal axis.

Right now we have Uranus, Saturn on the 0 cardinal. Come the night of July 29, Mars will join the pack, then Hades will join the party with Saturn and Uranus already on the cardinal axis. An interpretation of this planetary image: a sudden event involving murder and/or death.

Some of you reading this may wonder why this is so different from any other planet changing into any other sign. The outer planets like Saturn and Uranus pass very slowly through an area of the zodiac. When an outer planet turns retrograde and passes over an area of the zodiac with three times the energy of that planet, it is felt much more intensely as in this case of the transits of Saturn and Uranus going back and forth on the cardinal axis.

What is special about the cardinal axis? The cardinal axis is the world in general. It could be your neighborhood, your city, state, nation or continent, etc. On 2/2/1984 in Bhopal India there was a chemical disaster at a Union Carbide plant. Two or three thousand died, and 20,000 were left blind, crippled, or permanently ill. I, along with my dear friend and fellow astrologer Diana K. Rosenberg, wrote an article about this event for the NCGR Journal, Winter 1985-86.

In doing my research, I found that there had actually been worse industrial disasters that never came to public attention. Those disasters were hidden because when they occurred the cardinal axis was not put into play. On February 2, 1984, Neptune and Mercury were at 0 Capricorn, also known as the cardinal axis.

Neptune rules poisons and gases, as Mercury rules air and news. Combine these two planets on the cardinal axis and you have poisonous gases in the air that the world hears or reads about. Union Carbide never recovered from the Bhopal incident, which brings me to another meaning of Neptune; dissolves or makes disappear what it touches.

Let’s go back to what the 2010 Saturn Uranus transits on the cardinal axis tell us. The world has to sit back and wait until Mars joins the party and then watch the sparks fly. When you have Mars, Saturn, Uranus and Hades on the cardinal axis, there will be a huge disaster that could result in some deaths somewhere in the world.

This could or will occur sometime between Thursday July 29 and August 3, 2010. The evening of August 2 looks like the most dangerous day of all because Saturn + Mars = 0 cardinal, Uranus and Hades. To top it off, Mercury will be 22 ½ from the cardinal axis, and this says that whatever is happening will be great news. There could be a hurricane or tornado disaster that results in loss of life. There will also be some big bad news related to the stock market, as Jupiter and Pluto will enter the picture on August 2 and 3, creating a planetary image of Jupiter, Pluto + Uranus, Hades = Mars and Saturn. To put the icing on the cake, August 6 March triggers the lunar eclipse on June 26. We will see Venus enter the image when she reaches the cardinal axis around midnight on August 7. Later that day, the Sun reaches a fixed 15 degrees, which is also on the cardinal axis.

The New Moon occurring at 11:08 PM EDT on August 9 will make a 135º aspect to Jupiter and both are at the midpoint of Pluto and Saturn. This is not very good for the financial picture, especially since Uranus, Hades and the cardinal axis are still there. To make matters worse, Mercury will go retrograde on August 20.

I would appreciate your comments on this, and I look forward to your opinion, experience, or observance of this planetary gathering, a convention, on the cardinal axis.
