Walking on mud is an exercise designed for active people

Remember when you were a kid and playing in the mud and water was fun! Some adults still find it fun and run and walk in the mud. You must be very careful when selecting what types of surfaces to experience when walking on mud. Climbing a muddy hill can be dangerous because you can slip and injure yourself.

There are two ways to experience mud walking. The first is to put on really stable shoes; find a muddy path and try your best to walk without falling into the slippery mud. The second way is to cover your body with mud from the moor and walk outside until the mud hardens.

In some parts of the country, people cover their bodies in mud from head to toe and walk around the country naked while the mud dries. What is it about? When you go to a spa, you will pay a lot of money for a “wasteland mud wrap.” Then you lie on a flat table until the mud dries. Same premise except that some people cover their bodies with the mud and get up and walk in the nature of God until the mud dries up. Most of us are too shy to walk around naked and in most places it’s illegal so I don’t recommend it. However, I would love to cover certain parts of my body with mud and walk on a flat surface just to experience the experience of walking and drying the mud. You could think of making some mud and rubbing it on your face (not your eyes), arms and neck and if you are in shorts your legs and go for a walk just to experience mud walking. If you can get some “wasteland” mud from a spa, it would be best to use it.

Removing the mud from our body must be done with care. Some people scrape off mud that comes off easily. Then jump in the shower and wash yourself clean. You don’t want a lot of mud going down your shower drain, so do your best to remove as much mud before you shower.
