What makes the way you run your Real Estate BUSINESS different?

While most real estate professionals receive similar training and must go through the same education to become licensed and renew their licenses, it is obvious that all real estate agents are not created equal! With this statement I do not mean their appearance, nor how much they earn, but how they focus, what their personal definition of service and customer means to them, and precisely how they behave, on a today’s basis. What is unique about the particular agent, and is it an asset or a liability? Why should someone be attracted to you? Have you considered what makes the difference in the way you conduct your real estate? BUSINESS?

1. Better Efforts: Will you settle for good enough, or do your best, in everything you do? Is it your best level, at a high enough level, or what do you need to do to improve? How often do you review your personal performance and perspective, including attitude, aptitude, and competency?

two. usual/unusual; unique; Useful: Are your activities useful? Will you use all the usual techniques, considering also the unusual and rarer ways? How are you unique and how do you let others know about these characteristics and qualities?

3. Service; dirty: The real estate business is a service industry! However, you are not conducting business unless there are some sales? Are you selling, or just in sales? While the trainer is proactive and interactive. is the latter passive and limiting? What do you do that most others don’t to provide the highest level of service to your customers?

Four. Integrity; imagination: Most states require an agent to adhere to a specific Code of Ethics, but quality agents go above and beyond by maintaining absolute integrity in all transactions. Are you stuck in a rut, doing everything the same way, the same way, or will you bring some new ideas and imagination to every situation?

5. Needs/needs: Do you take the time and effort to learn and discover what your customers need, want, and what their priorities and goals may be? After all, isn’t that a great service, based on serving the wants and needs of your customers?

6. Empathy; to enrich: Will you and will you actually listen much more than you talk? Only by doing so will you gain a much-needed understanding and insight into what your client’s goals are! Provide an empathic shoulder to lean on, and you’ll enrich and facilitate their experience!

7. Solution solving: Those involved in real estate know that things happen often, and there could be some bumps in the road, during the transaction and home sale process. Will you be calm and look for solutions to resolve any obstacles or challenges, or will you be consumed by perceived problems and pessimism?

8. Stronger: How will you provide quality service that makes your customers feel stronger and more comfortable? Can you reduce their discomfort and stress?

Everyone should periodically review how they carry out their BUSINESS. Will you make that kind of effort to be better?
