How many times have you tried to gain weight and increase the size of your muscles but have not achieved optimal results? For several years I had the exact same problem. Fortunately, I found a great solution that I am happy to share with you: protein shakes for weight gain.

The philosophy behind gaining weight and building muscle is simple and involves three key points.

Point 2: Make sure that as many of these calories as possible come from protein-rich foods

Delicious protein shake to gain weight with peanut butter and chocolate

1 ½ cups of whole milk

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 scoop of chocolate ice cream

2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
